The federal government shutdown has ended; the Office of the Secretary will no longer issue marriage licenses. Please visit https://www.dccourts.gov/services/marriage-matters for information regarding the DC Superior Court’s Marriage Bureau. The Office of the Secretary will continue to administer civil ceremonies until December 10, 2025, for couples who have a Marriage License issued by the Office of the Secretary of the District of Columbia. Suspect Sought in a Robbery (Snatch) Offense: 3000 Block of 14th Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Monday, September 2, 2019, in 3000 block of 14th Street, Northwest.

At approximately 2:00 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched the victim’s property and fled the scene.
