The keynote speaker will be Congressman James E. Clyburn.

President Lincoln's Cottage is proud to partner with the Armed Forces Retirement Home to present a program celebrating Black History Month. "At the Crossroads of Freedom & Equality: The Emancipation Proclamation & the March of Washington" will include poetry, a reading of Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation, and Music.
