The Office of Notary Commissions and Authentications (ONCA) is open 9 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday, except holidays. ONCA provides authentication services and management of DC Notary Public commissioning and related activities.

ONCA does not notarize documents.  Kindly conduct an online search to locate a DC Notary Public near you.

ONCA Walk In Authentication Services Center: Same day service with no appointment is provided typically in thirty (30) minutes or less depending on customer volume.
