DC flags at District government facilities shall be lowered to half-staff from Friday, February 27, 2026, through sunset on Saturday, March 7, 2026, to honor the life and legacy of Reverend Jesse Jackson, former DC Shadow Senator. His lifelong advocacy for civil rights, voting rights, and human dignity left an indelible mark on the District of Columbia, the nation, and the world.
