Ceremonial Services Unit The Ceremonial Services Unit prepares the following ceremonial documents for the Mayor: Anniversary Letter (50 years or more) Birthday Letter (Age 75 or older) Certificate of Appreciation Certificate of Merit Citation Distinguished Public Service Award Greetings Honorary Citizenship Certificate Letter of Appreciation Letter of Condolence  Letter of Congratulations Meritorious Public Service Award Proclamation Retirement Letter Salute Welcome Document Requests Ceremonial documents can be requested online, or you may complete the Ceremonial Document Request Form*.
